What we run
- Users and licences: accounts, groups, licence assignment and clean-up, joiners, movers and leavers
- Exchange Online: mailboxes, shared mailboxes, mail flow, domains and DNS records
- SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams: sites, permissions, external sharing, Teams policies and lifecycle
- Intune: device enrolment, compliance, configuration, app deployment and Windows updates through Autopilot and update rings
- Backup: Microsoft 365 backed up and restore-tested (Managed Secure and up)
- Service health: Microsoft incidents and message centre changes watched, and the ones that affect you acted on
- Documentation: your tenant configuration recorded, so it can be rebuilt or audited
Identity and Conditional Access
Identity is where most Microsoft 365 risk sits. Every plan includes MFA for every user and a Conditional Access baseline. From Managed Secure up, we manage identity security properly: device compliance in Conditional Access, risk-based sign-in policies, admin role reviews, break-glass accounts, and risky sign-ins investigated as they happen.
Larger identity changes (hybrid identity clean-up, a move to cloud-only, privileged identity management) are projects.
Security, inside the tenant
From Managed Secure up, Microsoft 365 security is run as part of the plan: Secure Score worked through, Defender for Office 365 tuned, endpoint detection and response managed, external sharing controlled, audit logging on, and Essential Eight tracked for the controls in scope. High-severity alerts page an on-call engineer, day or night.
Copilot and automation
Microsoft 365 Copilot uses your existing permissions. If a site is overshared, Copilot can surface what's in it. So before Copilot goes on, we check what it can reach; afterwards, Managed Secure keeps permissions and sharing tidy.
Every plan includes Copilot set-up and user support. From Managed Secure up, your staff get practical training and help when they build: Power Automate flows that fail, Microsoft Graph connections, authentication and permissions. Managed Secure includes small builds, up to two hours each; in Managed Complete, North Ark builds automations for you from engineering capacity.

Can you supply our Microsoft licences?
Yes, through the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider program, as a separate line on your invoice. Or keep your current licensing partner.
Are we on the right licences?
Each plan includes a licence review (annual in Managed, quarterly from Managed Secure). For a one-off answer, a Microsoft 365 licence review gives you a recommended licence mix.
Does Microsoft back up our data?
Microsoft keeps the service running, but that isn't a backup in the sense most organisations need: long retention, point-in-time restore and protection from deletion or ransomware. Managed Secure includes a separate Microsoft 365 backup, restore-tested.
We're not sure how secure our tenant is. Where do we start?
